Both occupants of passenger car flown to GMC via Life Flight, Driver died at GMC, Child was in critical condition. ALS services provided by A.R.E.A. and Elysburg ALS. BLS provided by A.R.E.A. Services, Inc.

Pt. was extricated and flown to GMC by Life Flight, where she was listed in critical condition.

MVA - Route 901 - March 2004 @ 1315 hrs. 20 yr. old female entrapped for 30 minutes. Pt. transported to Life Flight landing zone by AREA - MICU 90. AREA ALS and BLS on scene. Pt. transported to GMC in critical condition.
